How much bandwidth do Access Control door controllers require?

Alarm.com Access Control controllers have a low on-demand bandwidth requirement so normal usage is almost unnoticeable. However, Alarm.com recommends that controllers operate with no less than a standard Cable/DSL connection or similar for Access Control networking.
