Access Control reader or keypad is not receiving power

If an Access Control reader is not receiving power:

1. Verify the door controller is receiving power.
2. Verify the reader is wired correctly:
   • If the reader is wired into an LP1502 Door Controller (ADC-AC-LP1502), verify that the J7 jumper is in the correct position. For more information, see When should the LP1502 Door Controller (ADC-AC-LP1502) be set to use PASS or 12V for the reader power?.
   • If the reader is wired into a Two Reader Expansion Module (ADC-ACX2), verify that the J2 jumper is in the correct position. For more information, see When should the Two Reader Expansion Module (ADC-ACX2) be set to use PASS or 12V for the reader power?.
3. Test with a different or previously known working reader or keypad.
