How can I know if there is a local power outage on the app?
A real-time notification about local power outages only displays in the Alarm.com app during instances when there may be a power outage in your area.
To view the power outage notification on the Alarm.com app:
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- In the Top Recommendations card, find the power outage notifications, then tap Learn More.
