How can I update the carrier for a mobile contact?
You can update the carrier for a mobile contact using the Alarm.com app or Alarm.com customer website.
Note: If the number is being used for Two-Factor Authentication, it must first be disabled from the Login Information section in Settings. For more information about disabling Two-Factor Authentication, see Enable Two Factor Authentication.
To update the carrier for a mobile contact using the Alarm.com app:
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Tap

- Tap Users or User Access.
- Tap
next to the desired user, then tap
.
- In Contact Information, tap Mobile.
- Using the Carrier dropdown, select the desired carrier.
- Tap Save.
To update the carrier for a mobile contact using the Alarm.com customer website:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Users or User Access.
- Click
next to the desired user, then click

- In Contact Information, click Mobile.
- Using the Carrier dropdown, select the desired carrier.
