Can Enterprise logins be limited to seeing only specific locations?
No. Enterprise logins cannot be limited to seeing select locations that are associated with it.
Example: If there are five locations associated with an Enterprise login, it is not possible to set the login to only see three out of the five locations.
An Enterprise login can either have permission to only view one location or have permission to view all locations as an administrator or Custom Login with Location access.
Note: A login at the single system level must be created to limit access to one location.
However, a customer can use Enterprise groups as a way to restrict location visibility. The desired locations may be placed into an Enterprise group. That Enterprise group can be assigned to the login. For more information about allowing a login to access multiple groups, see Associate a login with multiple Enterprise groups.
