Re-enable the local display when People & Vehicle Motion detection mode was enabled on a 20XXP series CSVR
Alarm.com 20XXP Pro Series CSVRs (ADC-CSVR2000P/2008P/2016P) can toggle between two motion detection modes: Standard Motion or People & Vehicle Motion. Motion Indicators on the SVR Timeline and High-Efficiency Recording will follow the settings based on the mode configurations set by the customer. When People & Vehicle Motion is in use, the SVR's local display is disabled to conserve device resources. Local display is not supported when using People & Vehicle Motion mode. Re-enabling the local display will change the rules associated with the SVR to use Standard Motion mode.
To re-enable the local display:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Video.
- Click Settings.
- Select the SVR whose local display you would like to use.
- Click Local Display.
- In Video Device Info, click Enable Local Display.
Important: Enabling the local display will change any recording rules associated with the SVR to use Standard Motion Detection Mode if they had been using People & Vehicle Motion Detection Mode.
